Takhir Bazarov is a Soviet and Russian psychologist, a specialist in the field of management psychology. Doctor of psychological sciences, professor of the Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov, the deputy head of the branch of Moscow State University in Tashkent (since its inception in 2006), was a member of the Board of the Moscow State University scientist (2002-2012).

Since 2007, carries out scientific management of the Institute of Applied Psychology at the Higher School of Economics. He is a member of the Presidium of the Russian Psychological Society, in 1994-2012 gg.

He was his vice-president and executive director. He has published over 100 scientific papers. With the participation and under the editorship of Bazarov TY compiled a textbook for the "Human Resources" universities, which is the recommendation of the Ministry of Education. He served as deputy chief editor of the "Russian Psychological Journal".

Two-time winner of the "Golden Psyche" in the category "Personality of the Year in psychological practice" (2004, for the promotion of practical psychology thanks to psychological support of the TV project "Star Factory") in the category "Project of the Year in psychological education" (2014, as the author of the textbook "personnel Psychology of management").
