Vasily Klyucharev, having headed a group of scientists and research workers, developed the program "National network of postgraduate courses in biotechnology in neurosciences" ("BioN"). The program was created to modernize the system of postgraduate education in biomedicine and neurobiotechnology and bring it in line with world standards. Today the program has acquired the scale of the project, which represents the first national network of postgraduate courses in neurotechnologies "BioN" (www.neurobiotech.ru), which is created on the basis of four leading universities of the country: Moscow State University.
